Política de reembolso
Our online products have one of three return policies - no return (mostly for products such as soaps), 15-day returns, or 30-day returns. The product must be returned to the address on the package the product came in.
In case the you simply changed your mind, you can ship the product back within 15/30 days of receiving the product and you will be refunded. Please note that you will have to pay the extra shipping cost.
In case of a damaged product or a wrong product, we will ask for photos as proof to effectively communicate to help process the refund. You simply contact us and provide us a picture of the damaged product, let us know the order number and the item name and we will take it forward.
