Shipping

We offer:

  • $5 flat rate shipping on most orders. Some items may require an additional charge.

Policy and Terms - Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from chicboutiqueoldtown.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please provide us with a telephone number, your email is our only form of communication with you. We ask that you give us a valid and current email so we may provide you with your tracking number and contact you if there are any problems or questions.

We ship to the address given at checkout. Because we ship Priority Mail/Priority Mail Express (insured mail), we are not responsible for packages lost after they depart from our warehouse.
